Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans.
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule alignment.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Track manpower, material, and equipment productivity.
Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks.
Participate in project meetings and provide planning updates.
Prepare earned value analysis and project performance reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in UAE infrastructure projects and ability to work in a dynamic construction environment.
