Job Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed party bookings.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Clearly explain party packages, events, and ongoing promotions.
• Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
• Coordinate confirmed bookings with the operations team.
• Deliver consistent, friendly, and professional customer service.
Requirements :
• Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, or customer service role is preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Target‑driven and energetic personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
Salary & Benefits :
• AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month.
