Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Welcome and assist visitors and clients promptly and courteously.
• Manage bookings, events, and appointments.
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks.
• Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and printing.
• Prepare reports and manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Use MS Office for daily administrative work.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
