Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and layouts using industry‑standard software.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure design accuracy and technical compliance.
• Prepare detailed plans, 3D models, and visual presentations for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors during project execution.
• Ensure all designs comply with healthcare or commercial project standards and regulations.
• Support project development from concept stage through to execution.
• Maintain documentation and assist in project revisions and updates.
Candidate Requirements :
• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience (UAE or international experience accepted).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape is mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare or commercial projects is an advantage.
• Currently based in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong design thinking, creativity, and technical drawing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Note: Senior candidates with 9+ years of experience are not being considered for this role.
