Job Details :

• Bachelor s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of experience in preparing architectural drawings
• Proven experience in high-end fit-out works for 5-star hotels mandatory
• Strong knowledge of hotel standards luxury finishes and coordination with MEP interior teams
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and MS Office
• Solid understanding of local authority regulations and building codes
• Excellent coordination communication and problem-solving skills
