Position: Odoo Business Analyst
Job Overview:
The Odoo Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding client business requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, business process understanding, and hands-on ERP implementation exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand business processes and operational needs
Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications
Collaborate with the implementation and technical teams to deliver customized Odoo solutions
Assist in configuring and customizing Odoo ERP modules based on client requirements
Conduct user training sessions and provide implementation support
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP environments
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Odoo ERP is highly desirable
