We are seeking ambitious operational leaders to join a prestigious luxury fashion brand as part of its strategic expansion within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Store Manager
Number of Vacancies: 12
Locations: Riyadh – Western Region – Eastern Province
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure achievement of sales targets
Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to enhance performance in sales and customer service
Ensure full compliance with luxury brand standards across all store operations
Monitor and continuously improve customer experience
Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and ordering processes
Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to senior management
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain a high-performance work environment aligned with brand identity
Requirements
Proven experience in branch/store management (preferably in fashion or luxury retail)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of luxury customer behavior and expectations
Strong ability to manage KPIs and performance metrics
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: SAR 12,000 – SAR 18,000 (based on experience)
