We are seeking a highly experienced Communications Engineer with strong expertise in major Oil & Gas projects to support the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of industrial communication systems for large-scale EPC and energy infrastructure projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in telecom and communication systems used in upstream, midstream, and downstream Oil & Gas facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, review, and supervise installation of telecom and communication systems for Oil & Gas projects.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams during project execution.
Prepare and review telecom system design documents, specifications, layouts, and technical submittals.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and system integration activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve communication system issues during project execution and operation.
Interface with vendors, contractors, consultants, and clients regarding telecom system requirements.
Monitor project progress, quality, and HSE compliance.
Participate in construction reviews, inspections, and site acceptance activities.
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or Communication Engineering.
Minimum 8–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial infrastructure projects.
GCC/Middle East project experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of telecom international standards and industrial communication systems.
Experience working with major Oil & Gas clients and EPC contractors such as: Saudi Aramco
Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and telecom design standards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
