Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic network problems
Manage user accounts and system access
Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
Assist in system maintenance and updates as needed
Requirements:
1–3 years experience in IT Support / Helpdesk role (preferred)
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
