Requirements:
Minimum experience in interior fit-out / joinery factory supervision.
Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and factory operations.
Ability to supervise workers and manage daily production activities.
Experience in quality control and site coordination.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet production deadlines and maintain safety standards.
