Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (mandatory)
5–7 years of UAE experience in pharmaceutical sales, Key Account Management, or Market Access
Strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and market access processes
Established stakeholder and regulatory network within the UAE healthcare sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
