Job Description – Business Analyst

Hospitality Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of hospitality business processes such as guest journey, reservations, loyalty programs, property operations, F&B, and digital guest experiences
Ability to translate hospitality business needs into clear, actionable, functional and technical requirements
Experience working with multiple hospitality stakeholders, including operations, marketing, revenue management, IT, and external vendors
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
Break down complex business problems into manageable components that can be collaboratively solved
Prioritize and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
Effectively communicate, simplify, and translate business requirements to ensure stakeholder alignment and buy‑in
Gather, analyze, validate, and prioritize client and internal requirements
Change & Solution Management
Assess change requests and solution proposals to ensure alignment with organizational and hospitality business goals
Discover, document, and clarify business needs; review and produce high‑quality functional specifications and change documents
Support solution definition to enhance guest experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes
Delivery & Collaboration
Work closely with Technical Analysts, architects, and development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and specifications
Coordinate with internal product customization and product development teams
Collaborate with training and change management teams to document system scenarios, identify impacted roles, and support training plans
Conduct business process modeling and define scenarios for functional and user acceptance testing
Documentation & Communication
Lead documentation, walkthroughs, and discussions with customers and internal teams
Ensure clear traceability from business requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment
