JD :
-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in banking, payments, financial services, fintech, or other -regulated environments
-Strong experience in digital assets, blockchain / DLT, or tokenization-related initiatives
-Relevant experience in cross-border payments
-Relevant experience in real-world asset tokenization
-Strong experience capturing requirements involving compliance, AML, controls, and operational processes
