We are seeking to appoint a Group Commercial & Revenue Manager to lead the commercial and revenue strategy across our expanding hotel portfolio in Africa.

This is a senior leadership role, based in Dubai, with a direct impact on driving topline performance, optimizing distribution strategies, and enhancing the commercial effectiveness of a diverse, multi-country platform.


Job Description

As Group Commercial & Revenue Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the group’s commercial strategy across all properties. You will lead revenue management, sales, distribution, and marketing alignment to maximize performance and market positioning.

Working closely with senior leadership, General Managers, and regional teams, you will play a critical role in supporting growth, driving profitability, and elevating commercial standards across the portfolio.

Reporting Line to: Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the group-wide commercial and revenue strategy
Lead revenue management practices, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory optimization
Oversee sales, distribution, and digital strategies across the portfolio
Drive topline performance and RevPAR growth across all properties
Partner with General Managers to enhance commercial performance and accountability
Optimize channel mix and distribution partnerships
Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and demand patterns
Support new openings, repositioning, and integration of assets
Build and lead high-performing commercial and revenue teams

Qualifications

10–15+ years of experience in commercial, revenue management, or sales leadership within hospitality
Strong background in multi-property or international hotel groups
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and commercial performance
Deep understanding of distribution channels, pricing strategies, and market dynamics
Experience across diverse and emerging markets is a strong advantage
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Fluency in French and English is essential
