Dime International is looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to lead and manage the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Structural Steel / Piping / Oil & Gas / Fabrication Industry, with excellent knowledge of financial management, reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance requirements in Qatar.

Mandatory Requirement
✅ Candidates without relevant industry experience in Structural / Piping / Oil & Gas / Fabrication companies will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall accounting and financial operations of the company
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Monitor project costing and profitability analysis
Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and taxation
requirements
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and management
Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting systems

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance
Professional qualification such as CPA / CMA / ACCA is preferred
Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience
Mandatory experience in Structural Steel / Piping / Oil & Gas / Fabrication Industry
Strong knowledge of ERP/accounting software
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience working in Qatar/GCC preferred
