Senior Project Director (Mega Buildings Project)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Director to lead the delivery of a major buildings project in Qatar, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to successful completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
š¹Lead end-to-end project execution
š¹Provide strategic direction to project teams and contractors
š¹Manage key stakeholder relationships
š¹Oversee budget, risk, and resource allocation
š¹Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
Candidate Requirements:
āMinimum 20 years of experience in construction & project management
āAt least 12 years in an on-site managerial role overseeing operations
āBachelorās degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
āProven experience delivering large-scale mega building projects
āPrevious Oil & Gas project experience in Qatar is mandatory
āStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
