Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes aligned with wellness and healthy‑cuisine standards.
• Assist in menu development with a focus on nutritious, vegan, and balanced meals.
• Supervise kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff in daily operations.
• Ensure consistency in food presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance the guest dining experience.
Requirements :
• Experience working in hotels and wellness resorts.
• Strong knowledge of healthy, vegan, and nutritious cuisine.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and support team supervision.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong passion for wellness‑focused culinary presentation.
