Executive Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Manage executive calendars, daily schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments professionally.
• Handle emails, phone calls, business correspondence, and follow‑up communications.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, quotations, and official documents.
• Organise travel arrangements, hotel bookings, meetings, and event coordination activities.
• Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion and follow‑ups.
• Provide administrative support for day‑to‑day office and business operations.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information and documents.
• Support coordination activities related to social media and internal communication when required.
• Ensure smooth workflow and assist management with operational support tasks.
Requirements :
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel and Outlook.
• Professional approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
• UAE work experience will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
