Requirements :
• 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and headhunting preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in hiring for IT roles is a must
• Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms and ability to tap into passive candidate markets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities efficiently
