Hiring for a skilled with strong hands-on experience in Service Desk operations, Desktop Support, and Help Desk environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
-3–5 years of experience in Service Desk / Desktop Support / Help Desk
-Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
-Hands-on experience with Windows OS, O365, and basic networking
-Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage

Mandatory Certifications:
CCNA or
CompTIA+ (A+ / Network+ / equivalent)
