Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage front‑desk operations and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly.
• Create and manage visitor and gate passes through the JAFZA portal.
• Coordinate with internal teams and security for visitor access and approvals.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with company entry procedures.
• Provide general administrative support as required to support office operations.

Requirements :

• Prior experience as a receptionist or front‑desk executive in the UAE.
• JAFZA experience is highly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with gate‑pass issuance (visitors, vendors, drivers) via JAFZA systems.
• Strong communication skills in English; Tagalog‑speaker only.
• Well‑presented with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
