Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and understand their service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repair/maintenance work clearly.
• Coordinate with Workshop to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain service records and follow up with customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic technical knowledge of automobiles is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
