Assistant Restaurant Manager – Sushi Restaurant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Supervise and guide restaurant staff to maintain service standards.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer feedback professionally.
• Assist in managing inventory, staffing, and shift planning.

Requirements :
• Previous experience in a sushi restaurant is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to manage daily operations efficiently.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
