Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors and Mechanical Supervisors to oversee and manage MEP works at construction sites. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising installation activities, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
ā
Supervise daily MEP installation activities at project sites.
ā
Monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and low-current systems as applicable.
ā
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
ā
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
ā
Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
ā
Report project progress, site issues, and resource requirements to management
ā
Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
ā
Assist with testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
ā
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.
ā
Maintain proper site records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
ā Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
ā Minimum 3ā7 years of experience in MEP supervision within construction projects.
ā Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and construction practices.
ā Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
ā Familiarity with safety standards and construction site procedures.
ā Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
ā Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects is preferred.
ā Must be currently residing in the UAE.
Preferred Skills
ā Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
ā Experience coordinating with multiple site teams and subcontractors.
ā Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.
