Bodyshop Estimator
Job Description:
The Bodyshop Estimator in the aftersales department is the main point of contact for insurance companies and customers looking to get their vehicle inspected and prepare the estimate to carry on with further approval and repair process in body shop.
We are seeking a talented Bodyshop Estimator who meets the following qualifications:
Minimum of proven experience as an estimator in a reputable automotive dealership or collision workshop
Bachelor Diploma, Engineering, or equivalent
Deep knowledge of vehicle anatomy (Unibody, Body-on-frame) and repair procedures (Welding, Paint, Structural, Refinishing)
Excellent understanding of vehicle and aftersales processes
Familiarity of DMS systems
Strong skills to explain complex repairs to customers and negotiate with insurance adjusters
