Job Details :
• Minimum 2–3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proven track record in closing resale deals.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
• Languages Mandatory: English Preferred: Arabic, Turkish, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, French, Chinese, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian
