Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a skilled Line Cook with steakhouse or grill-based experience to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook steaks & menu items to steakhouse standards
• Master steak doneness levels (rare to well-done)
• Operate Grill, Hot Line, Cold Line, or Prep station efficiently
• Maintain speed, consistency, and cleanliness during service
• Follow HACCP & food safety standards strictly
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience (steakhouse/grill preferred)
• Basic HACCP knowledge
• Culinary training is a plus
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar
