Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 10ā12 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role within Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning
Strong experience with Saudi Aramco projects preferred
Experience in Pipelines, NGL Plants, Pump Stations & Upstream Facilities
Saudi Aramco Approval is a strong advantage
Experience in large-scale EPC and pipeline projects

Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation Systems
PMCC/MCC Processes
System Handover & Documentation
Testing, Inspection & Performance Verification
Multi-Discipline Coordination (Mechanical, E&I, HVAC, Fire & Gas)
š¼ Key Responsibilities
Develop and obtain approval for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Start-Up plans
Manage PMCC/MCC activities and system handovers
Lead transition from construction to commissioning phase
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC and Client teams
Conduct system walkthroughs and punch-list closure
Oversee hydrotesting, flushing, drying, nitrogen purging and leak testing
Supervise mechanical, electrical and instrumentation testing
Manage Fire & Gas System SATs and Electrical System Energization
Support client operations during commissioning and start-up
Ensure timely project documentation and final handover
