Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and brokerage operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team of sales agents to meet or exceed targets.
• Experience with CRM software and real estate platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills.
• A valid real estate license (as required by local laws).
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
