Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare & Serve Drinks: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Customer Service: Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies, garnishes, and beverages.
• Check Handling & Transactions: Process payments, handle cash responsibly, and maintain accurate tabs.
• Compliance & Safety: Verify legal drinking age, refuse service when necessary, and adhere to all alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory, restocking bar supplies, and minimizing waste.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
