We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead financial operations and support strategic business growth.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily finance operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity planning
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT, and statutory requirements
• Monitor budgeting, internal controls, and cost optimization initiatives
• Lead and mentor the finance team
• Coordinate with auditors and senior management on financial performance and risk management
🎓 Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• 7–10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in cash flow management and financial strategy
• Experience in Hospitality or QSR industry is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting software
