HR Officer

Job Location : Kuwait

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure all onboarding, probation confirmation, and offboarding activities are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, organizational charts, and personnel documentation.
• Support employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, employment documents, disciplinary actions, and other HR correspondence.
• Administer employee transactions, including leave management, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments.
• Prepare monthly HR reports, workforce statistics, and Kuwaitization reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and government authorities regarding HR-related matters.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
• Support HR audits and ensure accurate maintenance of all HR records and documentation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with Kuwait Labor Law and HR compliance requirements is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience working in oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, or service sectors.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Menaitech is highly preferred.
