General Accountant – Real Estate Brokerage
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage daily accounting operations and financial records.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor transactions related to real estate brokerage activities.
• Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.
Requirements :
• 6–8 years of accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage company.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Knowledge of real estate brokerage financial operations.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and compliance processes.
