Retail Salesman
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive spare parts.
• Provide product recommendations, pricing information, and suitable alternatives.
• Check stock availability and coordinate orders for out-of-stock items.
• Sales in Retail Counter/Outdoor Sales.
• Handle customer inquiries & complaints professionally.
• Strong product knowledge & support branch sales targets.
• Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and related documentation.
Requirements :
• Diploma or Graduate degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Retail Sales.
• Relevant experience in American, Japanese and Korean cars.
• Must be fluent in Arabic & English.
• Proficiency with computer system.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Time management and problem solving abilities.
• Age: Preferably 25-40 years.
