Nair Systems is currently looking Salesforce Engineer (Administrator + Developer) our Qatar operations.
Role:
The Salesforce Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end technical ownership of the Salesforce platform, covering both configuration and custom development across Service Cloud, Field Service (FSL), and Lightning. This role supports approximately 400 internal and external users and a complex integration landscape. The Engineer will manage platform operations, build scalable solutions, and ensure system stability while reducing dependency on external partners. The position requires a balance of strong administrative capability and hands-on development expertise, with a focus on performance, governance, and long-term scalability.

Core Responsibilities:
• Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Configure objects, fields, record types, and validation rules
• Design and maintain Flow-based automation
• Maintain approval processes and assignment rules
• Ensure platform security and access governance
• Support reporting and dashboard configuration
