Landscape Supervisor – Nursery & Maintenance
Experience Required
6–8 years of experience in landscape maintenance, nursery operations, or horticultural supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily plant care, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pest control, and overall nursery upkeep.
Ensure all soft landscape maintenance activities at project sites meet approved standards.
Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
Ensure plant health, landscape aesthetics, and compliance with specifications.
Liaise with engineers, clients, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations.
Enforce safety protocols and track performance across nursery and site teams.
Submit daily/weekly reports on nursery inventory, site progress, and maintenance activities.
