Key Responsibilities
– Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment activities in alignment with program and course learning outcomes.
– Develop, review, and enhance course materials, curricula, and assessment strategies using innovative and technology-enabled approaches.
– Foster student engagement through effective, student-centered teaching methodologies.
– Monitor student performance, provide timely feedback, and uphold academic integrity and inclusivity.
– Contribute to curriculum design, program development, and periodic reviews to ensure academic relevance and quality standards.
– Integrate research, experiential learning, and interdisciplinary perspectives into teaching and learning activities.
– Conduct and publish high-quality scholarly research in recognized journals, conferences, and other academic outlets.
– Pursue research funding, industry collaborations, and strategic partnerships that support institutional research objectives.
– Supervise student research and scholarly activities while promoting ethical research practices and academic excellence.
– Provide academic advising, mentoring, and guidance to support students’ academic, research, and career development.
– Participate in academic governance, committee work, policy development, and institutional strategic initiatives.
– Provide academic leadership and contribute to faculty development, peer review, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Experience Requirements
– Minimum 10 years of teaching and research experience in the field of specialization in reputed institution.
– At least 2 years of experience for academic administration.
– Proven academic leadership and committee participation experience.
Qualifications
– Ph.D.in Business Administration or related discipline
– Professional memberships, industry certifications, or relevant credentials will be considered an advantage.
