Patient Care & Call Center Executive – Dermatology Clinic
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Provide information about clinic services and dermatology treatments/products
• Follow up with patients when required
• Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions
• Deliver high-quality customer service
Requirements:
• Previous experience in call center or customer service preferred
• Healthcare/clinic experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Arabic native speaking skills is an added advantage
• Professional and patient-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills
