Roles & Responsibility
• Control and Manage the Project of all phase’s interns of project planning, scheduling, Monitoring, Reporting, Change Management & Control etc.
• Schedule Management.
• Cost Management
• Change Management
• Key Resource Management.
• Scope / Change management.
• Proposal Management (Bidding Decision and Costing Management) Strategic Planning
• Establishes operating policies to mitigate risk. Additionally, Project Controls Manager provides guidance and consultation for project managers.
• He should be capable of interface with all internal departments heads and assembling timeline project execution program.
• Ensuring the Project controls team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
• Ensure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.
• Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work across integrated programs managed across multiple suppliers.
• Support and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects.
• Support the development of requirements for specific resource-loaded schedules.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, commercial manager and Project QS to maximize the potential of the project.
• He shall be familiar with National and International standards, and Saudi Aramco Standards.
• Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up / set up work processes.
