F&B Financial Manager
Location: Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
Direct all financial planning, corporate budgeting, and forecasting specifically tailored to restaurant and F&B operations.
Utilize Oracle ERP system to streamline financial reporting, monitor internal controls, manage general ledgers, and ensure data integrity across all brands.
Analyze food cost, wastage, labor variances, and supply chain expenses to maximize profitability and “Share of Wallet” across the ecosystem.
Conduct feasibility studies and ROI projections for new store openings, menu restructuring, and digital loyalty initiatives.
Ensure all financial practices comply with local regulations, corporate governance, and international accounting standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of solid financial management experience exclusively within the F&B / Restaurant industry.
Advanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle Financials / Oracle ERP systems is strictly required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly preferred).
Proficient in multi-unit hospitality accounting, cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) analysis, and menu engineering finance.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial insights clearly to operational and executive teams.
