Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor

Job Location : Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise daily camp activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintain and update camp checklists, including housekeeping, fire extinguishers, and inspection records
• Manage and update camp occupancy records, room allocations, resident additions, and departures
• Supervise camp attendants, cleaners, and support staff to ensure duties are performed effectively
• Receive, coordinate, and follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation
• Conduct routine camp inspections and ensure all maintenance issues are promptly addressed
• Maintain inventory records of camp assets, furniture, appliances, equipment, and camp property
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and ensure assets are properly accounted for and maintained
• Monitor compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements and report any violations
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and camp-related documentation
• Coordinate with management, contractors, and service providers regarding camp operations and requirements
• Handle camp-related correspondence and provide regular operational updates to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and email applications
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
• Experience in preparing reports and handling professional email correspondence
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Good record-keeping and administrative capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
