Position: Executive Chef – Slow Cooking & Farm Cuisine
Location: Heenat Salma Farm, Qatar
We are building a living culinary ecosystem rooted in slow cooking, organic agriculture, and regenerative food philosophy. We need a visionary Executive Chef to lead it.
Responsibilities
• Full kitchen operations – breakfast to private dining & chef’s tables
• Artisan products preserves, ferments, breads, dairy
• Farm-to-table dining & seasonal events
• Culinary education & apprenticeships
• Guest chef collaborations & community food events
• Culinary publications & food storytelling
• Advocacy for slow food & ethical sourcing
Requirements:
• 8–15 years culinary experience, 3–5 years senior leadership
• Deep knowledge of slow cooking, fermentation & traditional methods
• Farm-to-table, agro-tourism, or regenerative food systems experience
• Passion for craftsmanship, education & human-centred hospitality
• Emotional intelligence to lead diverse, multicultural teams
