We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team.

šŸ“‹ Key Responsibilities:
šŸ”¹ Oversee daily office operations and manage supply inventories
šŸ”¹ Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings and appointments
šŸ”¹ Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, employee records, and company policies
šŸ”¹ Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and ensure a positive recruitment experience
šŸ”¹ Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding activities
šŸ”¹ Generate recruitment dashboards and prepare reports on hiring metrics and operational efficiency

āœ” Valid Freelance Qatar ID (QID)
āœ” Bachelor's Degree
āœ” Relevant work experience in Qatar
āœ” Strong communication and interpersonal skills
āœ” Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
