We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team.
š Key Responsibilities:
š¹ Oversee daily office operations and manage supply inventories
š¹ Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings and appointments
š¹ Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, employee records, and company policies
š¹ Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and ensure a positive recruitment experience
š¹ Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding activities
š¹ Generate recruitment dashboards and prepare reports on hiring metrics and operational efficiency

Requirements:
ā Valid Freelance Qatar ID (QID)
ā Bachelor's Degree
ā Relevant work experience in Qatar
ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ā Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
