HIRING – *BUYER / PURCHASER* 🚨

📍 Location: Qatar (Local Hire Only)
💰 Salary: QAR 4,500 – 5,000

Seaworks is seeking an experienced Buyer to support Marine and Offshore operations by managing procurement activities, supplier sourcing, and timely delivery of materials and services.

🎯 Requirements:
✔ Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
✔ Local candidates currently based in Qatar preferred
✔ 2–4 years of experience in procurement / buying role
✔ Experience in Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, or technical purchasing preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of Hydraulic, Metal & Fabrication materials
✔ Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily purchasing and procurement operations
• Source suppliers and request competitive quotations
• Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement documentation
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
• Coordinate with operations, technical, and marine teams for requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain supplier database and vendor relationships
• Track orders and resolve supply issues
• Support inventory control and cost-saving initiatives
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records
