Estimation Manager – Fit-Out & MEP
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Primary Accountabilities :
• Lead and manage all estimation activities for structural Fit-Out and MEP projects.
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and comprehensive commercial proposals.
• Review incoming tender documents, specifications, and scope requirements.
• Conduct detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) analysis and material quantity assessments.
• Prepare and submit competitive tenders and structured bid documentation.
• Evaluate project risks, operational costs, and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, material suppliers, and specialized subcontractors.
• Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting strict submission deadlines.
• Provide corporate management with precise estimation reports and budgeting recommendations.
Skills & Experience Required :
• Proven track record in Fit-Out and MEP estimation, project costing, and tender preparation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong expertise in BOQ analysis, commercial evaluation, and construction estimation methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple bids concurrently.
• Effective project planning, organization, and commercial negotiation abilities.
• Open to candidates of all nationalities who can work independently under tight deadlines.
