Project Manager (Site Based)
Job Location : Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
Job Details :
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in construction supervision, site management, and project delivery.
• Strong construction supervision, management, and multidisciplinary site coordination experience on large-scale developments.
• Proven experience delivering hospitality, mixed-use, residential, or complex building projects.
• Sound understanding of FIDIC contract administration and Engineer/Consultant interface management.
• Ability to manage contractor performance, progress monitoring, and recovery actions.
• Experience managing pre-engineering elements including RFIs, technical submissions, NCRs, consultant deliverables, and structured close-out procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management capability across multidisciplinary supervision environments.
• Strong programme awareness with ability to assess sequencing, delays, and interface risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Client, Contractor, and Authority environments.
• Proficiency in commercial systems, reporting platforms, and construction management workflows.
• Strong organisational capability with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
