Architect (FitOut)
Job Location : Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
Requirements :
• 8+ years experience, including:
• 5+ years in fit-out / interior architecture
• GCC experience (hospitality projects preferred)
• Proven track record in luxury hotel or high-end hospitality fit-out
• Strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and technical detailing
• Solid understanding of MEP coordination, joinery, and FF&E
• Ability to manage stakeholders, consultants, and site teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
