Outdoor Sales Executive
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities by targeting contracting companies, consulting firms, interior designers, and retailers.
• Field Visits: Conduct regular site and project visits to present product portfolios and secure quotations.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and objectives.
• Payment Collection: Coordinate with the finance department to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
Job Requirements (Mandatory):
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience strictly within the Sanitary Ware / Plumbing / Building Materials industry.
• Sales Track Record: Proven experience in Outdoor B2B Sales with a solid understanding of the local market.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal car.
• Resilience: Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced field environment.
