We are looking for an experienced Cost Control & Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage spare parts inventory and warehouse operations.
✔ Coordinate procurement activities and supplier relationships.
✔ Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
✔ Perform vendor account reconciliations and cost control reporting.
✔ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
✔ Support workshop operations by ensuring the availability of required spare parts.
Requirements:

🔹 Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, spare parts operations, warehouse management, or cost control.
🔹 Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
🔹 Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
🔹 Experience in vendor management and financial reconciliation.
🔹 Strong analytical and organizational skills.
