Administrative Assistant / Document Controller
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage project documentation, filing systems, and document control procedures.
• Organize and maintain records, correspondence, and project-related documents.
• Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely distribution and tracking of project documents and reports.
• Support project management processes through effective administrative coordination.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and document control for construction-related projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Good knowledge of project document control procedures and records management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with staff, clients, and the public.
• Proactive approach to coordination and communication throughout project management processes.
